The Cornelis River Dam project demonstrates Raubex Construction’s diverse capabilities and ability to deliver large scale civil infrastructure projects, on time and to the client’s satisfaction.

The project consists of 160 accommodation modules divided into 153 keys on eight levels. Two basement levels will be built for parking lots, administrative areas and technical premises. The time for completion on this project is 14 months.
The project, a lump sum contract - consisted of the demolition of an existing electrical security fence plus the supply and installation of an upgraded fenceand anti-tunnelling slab which surrounded a working electrical substation.
The new fence was 3.5m high and 1,400m long.

Civil works were completed at the Mangaung Extension 34 & 35. The works included sewer, storm water reticulation, construction of asphalt streets with kerbs and a bulk storm water channel.
On 1 March 2017, Raubex acquired 74% of Lime Sales. This is a Dolomite Quarry which produces Metallurgical lime for Saldanha Steel and produces agricultural lime for farming. It also produces aggregates for the construction industry.
