The Douala Grand Mall with Raubex as delivery architects will be the first BIM compliant project for the group. The project was a 30 000m2 multi-storey retail facility housing 640 Car Parking Spaces, 142 Shops, 18 Food and Beverage Outlets, Multi-Screen Cinema area and a state of the art Convention Centre. The Douala Grand Mall is the largest mall in Cameroon and carries the international EDGE green building certification.

The project was completed in 2021.
