The project consisted of layer works and asphalt paving.

Milling Techniks, a Raubex Group Company, did the base and sub base layers by pulverising and pre-shaping, before adding the lime and cement stabilising agent, which is spread by hand to achieve a C3 quality.

Roadmac Surfacing placed 40,000 tons of bitumen treated base (BTB), 2,000 tons of TRH8 and 116,000 ton of A-R1.

The project once again demonstrates Raubex Group’s capabilities to deliver the full road construction cycle.
