The upgrade of part of the N4 toll route between Akasia-Ga-Rankuwa interchange and the R512 Brits Interchange.

The upgrade consist of the construction of a second carriageway along this section of the N4, the extension of structures to accommodate the second carriageway and the realignment of interchange on and off ramps.
