The Mkhuze Game Reserve is a 400km² world heritage site that forms part of the expansive iSimangaliso Wetlands Park and is situated in Northern Zululand in KwaZulu-Natal. In 2016, Milling Techniks was responsible for the rehabilitation of the Game Reserve roads, which was comprised of approximately 51km of surfaced roads and 49km of gravel roads. The following works were undertaken during the contract:

- Patching and Base Repair using BSM
- Cement Stabilization
- Application of Prime Coat
- Construction of Asphalt Layer and Seals
- Fog Spray
- Construction of Concrete Cause-Ways
- Construction of Concrete Pipe Culvert
- Installation of Earth Drains
- Installation of Gabions and Stone Pitching
- Labour Intensive Construction with an emphasis on Job Creation
- Training and Skills Development
- Finishing of Road Reserve
