Empa Structures
Empa Structures specialise in the construction of reinforced concrete structures.
We are based in Durbanville, Cape Town, but due to the nature of our business have a footprint throughout South Africa. Our clients include a healthy mix of government and private organisations.
Our values are the cornerstones of the business and include honesty, integrity and a commitment to excellence to name a few. We value long-term relationships and aim to ensure this outcome on all our projects.
After starting out in 2000 as a small structures contractor, we have experienced exponential growth in terms of revenue and knowledge. Today, with almost 500 employees and backed by a strong balance sheet, we are in a position to provide turnkey solutions as well as act as a main contractor on large projects. Our core business of building quality concrete structures has however remained unchanged.
We also have the support of our own plant workshop to service and repair our large fleet of owned vehicles and machinery as well as our small plant workshop to maintain and supply tools and equipment.

Raudev is a property and business development company in the Group. The core focus of the company is property development in a range of markets, but particularly projects with the following characteristics:

- Rental
Raudev also provides business development services to clients in addition to the manufacturing, supply and construction services normally undertaken by the Group.
